This metal locker device located in the dock, allows Amazon account members (Prime or non-prime) to have Amazon deliver packages through their locker system.
HOW TO USE:
·When you create your next order, you can search for an amazon locker near you. Type in the building address or zip code 60181: 1 Oakbrook Ter will be an option for pick up.
·Once your package is placed in the locker, you will receive an email stating that the package has been delivered.
·Using a Bluetooth activated device that has the Amazon shopping application installed (your phone for instance) select the “open locker/start pickup” button in the email.
·Your device will connect via Bluetooth to the locker.
·The locker door will then automatically open, and you can collect your package and close the door.
Please note:
•If you do not pick up your package within 3 calendar days, the package will be returned.
•If you need your package to be placed in a lower locker for easy access, you can make that selection during the checkout process.
The Amazon locker is for deliveries that are specified to be delivered via Amazon locker. Any delivery that goes through the normal checkout process will be delivered to tenant’s suite as normal.
Returns can be made via the locker on specific items. The items that qualify will have an option to return via locker during the return process prompts.
