The State of Illinois has announced its plan to enter into the Bridge to Phase 5 of the Restore Illinois Plan on Friday, May 14th with the goal to enter Phase 5 on Friday, June 11th.
As we begin the bridge, we are excited to share that office occupancy will be allowed to increase to 60% with the expectation that the State will allow 100% occupancy when officially released to Phase 5.
We also wanted to share a link offering state-wide locations for vaccination sites in an effort to help out tenants find a location convenient for them if needed.

We are aware that the CDC recently announced a change to the mask mandates related to fully vaccinated individuals. We will continue to follow State of Illinois Guidelines which at this time include that a mask being worn in public areas including common areas of office buildings. As the restrictions evolve, we will provide, updates.
